Software

The manual design and simulation of conformally cooled die inserts is highly complex and requires extensive expertise and the use of numerous simulation methods – from cooling channel design and flow simulation to topology optimization. We offer an automated solution to make this process efficient, cost-effective, and accessible to everyone

Die Steel Powder

We offer a new generation of die steel powder; specifically designed for laser powder bed fusion. This steel achieves a hardness of 42 HRC to 52 HRC with a thermal conductivity between 29 W/mK and 32 W/mK and excellent printability. The innovative steel has been tried and tested in practice and is ready for use. World-class computer-based material design enabled the development of this steel.

3D-Printing

We ensure a reproducible, process-stable, and scalable solution for the manufacturing of complex die inserts. Continuous process to reduce monitoring ensures consistent high quality. We deliberately use as little 3D printing as possible to minimize material and production costs.

Distributors

Our flow-optimized temperature control distributors enable highly efficient cooling – directly at the temperature control unit, with reduced energy consumption and lower costs. Thanks to bionic design, metallic 3D printing, and flow optimization, up to 50% of temperature control units can be saved, cycle times shortened, and CO₂ emissions significantly reduced.
